<p>PURPOSE:To have automatic reversal of L-shaped member by driving an L- shaped rotor through the action of two cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A base frame 36 is pivoted at the foundation 32 moved vertically by a drive cylinder 31 arranged under the space between conveyors, to bear an L-shaped rotor 33 pivotedly, which is to lift each L-shaped member 7, taking an attitude with its longer sides horizontal, from below and turn the short sides horizontal. A rod of a base frame driving cylinder 34 fixed to the foundation 32 is pivoted on this foundation 36, and when the L-shaped rotor 33 is rotated against the force of a spring 39 in the condition that the rod is rotated and supported by the base frame 36 so as to face the L-shaped rotor 33 and put the short sides of the L-shaped member 7 horizontal, the abovementioned driving cylinder 31 is actuated to sink the foundation 32 as well as the base frame driving cylinder 34 is actuated to lay the base-frame 36 down, wherein the actuation of these cylinders is controlled by a limit switch 37. This enables automatic reversal of the L-shaped member.</p> |
