PURPOSE:To obtain a dried laver containing mysids as a health natural food having a high nutritive value, by incorporating the dried mysids in a laver, and forming the resultant mixture into a sheet. CONSTITUTION:Dried mysids (of the family Mysidae, the class Crustacea, the phylum Arthropoda) preferably in the pulverized or crushed form are incorporated with a laver, e.g. AMANORI, and the resultant mixture is then formed into a sheet and give the aimed dried laver. |
