PURPOSE:To obtain a sheetlike food in a good finished condition, by pressing a flaky raw material with a press roll while feeding the raw material onto a conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:A falky raw material 10 sprayed with a treating solution is moved and contact bonded with the rotation of a tension roll 2, a tension roll 3 and a press roll 4. The pres roll 4 for pressing the flaky raw material 10 in the state of facial contact with a conveyor belt 1 is provided before the tension roll 3. The raw material 10 is separated from the press roll 4 in a floated state from the belt 1 and delivered as a sheetlike product 14.
