MANUFACTURE OF PIEZOELECTRIC PORCELAIN RESONATOR

PURPOSE:To save the wrapping process of protection tape, to eliminate a cushioning material such as silicone rubber and to attain stable characteristic and low cost by arranging an insulation board permeated with a volatile liquid such as water or alchohol to a diaphragm part of a piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm, fixing said insulating board with a porous insulating adhesive and volatilizing the liquid in applying heating and curing by a drier or the like so as to form a gap between the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm and the insulating board. CONSTITUTION:A swelling insulating board 8 permeated with water or alcohol or the like is arranged on the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 1 connected and fixed to a printed board 2 having copper foil with solder or a conductive adhesives 4 and the entire circumference is bonded and fixed with the porous insulating adhesive 9. Then the insulating adhesives 9 is cured by heating the assembly with a drier or the like and a gap is formed between the piezoelectric porcelain diaphragm 1 and the insulating board by volatilizing the water or alcohol of the swelling insulating board 8 through the porous insulating adhesives 9.
