NOVEL MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY

Monoclonal antibody for detecting human leukocyte antigen such as T cell differentiation antigen, T cell subset antigen, or antigen present in T cells and other leukocytes, and a process for producing this monoclonal antibody from a culture liquor of hybridoma capable of yielding monoclonal antibody for human leukocyte cell antigen. This monoclonal antibody is produced by culturing hybridoma obtained, for example, by cell fusion of ATLV-yielding strain-immunized mouse spleen cell and mouse myeloma cell. The antibody detecting T cell differentiation antigen can be used for diagnosing T cell tumor.
