<p>PURPOSE:To transfer a pastry sheet smoothly to a conveyor, by using a supporting shaft rotatable around the edge part of a releasing plate toward the transfer direction of the pastry, attaching a pressing piece to the downstream side of the shaft, and providing a pair of delivery conveyors at both sides of the pressing piece. CONSTITUTION:The pastry sheets are released by the releasing plates 3a-3d, and the plated holding the pastry sheets are retreated. The releasing plate for the empty pastry sheet 3b, 3d are rotated by the rotating devices 5a, 5b to place the pastry sheet 2 on the ingredient 2a. The pressing pieces 8a, 8b are rotated around the supporting shaft 6 to the position just above the releasing plates 3a, 3c, and a pair of pastry sheets holding the sandwiched ingredient are pressed between the pressing pieces 8a, 8b and the releasing plates 3a, 3c. Keeping the pressed state, the integrated pastry sheets are transferred on the conveyor pairs 13a, 13a' and 3b, 3b', and delivered along the direction of the arrow.</p> |
