<p>PURPOSE:To improve durability and to reduce the price, by constituting a heating resistor by a piece of platinum wire, in which 0.1% impurities are mixed, alleviating growth of grains, and miniaturizing crystal grains. CONSTITUTION:Leads 3 with an outer diameter of 0.2mm., are bonded to both ends of an alumina pipe 2 having an outer diameter of 0.5mm.. Thus a bobbin is formed. A winding 5 comprising a piece of platinum wire with a purity of 99.9%, in which 0.1% ZrO is mixed, is wound on the surface of the bobbin. Both ends of the winding 5 is welded to the leads 3. Then low-melting-point glass 6 is applied. The device is burned for 1hr at, e.g., 800 deg.C. Thus a hot wire element (HW)1 is formed. In this way, many crystal grains of about 6mumX0.5mum are formed on the surface of the winding 5 in a net shape, and cohesion with the glass coating is improved. Thus the durability is improved and the price can be decreased.</p> |
