The ground lining consists of a corrugated layer, made from a relatively elastic materia, which is laid on top of a flat underlayer (4) which rests on the ground. The underlayer has a smooth top surface and is connected to the top layer by vulcanisation, bonding or clips. This achieves separate sealed air pockets (2) between the two layers.
