PURPOSE:To unnecessitate troublesome labor in stripping and affixing a label as has been practiced so far, greatly save time and labor and enable to speedily cope with a mis-command, by a method wherein the address, the name or the like of a receiver retrieved and extracted is printed directly on a postcard, an envelope or the like. CONSTITUTION:Preset address data are inputted and stored into an external memory device from an input-commanding part through a controller together with a code. Each time when required, a specified code is designated from an input/output-commanding part through a controller, the address data are retrieved and extracted from the external memory device, and are transferred to a printer 13, thereby performing printing. A printing unit 14 of the printer 13 comprises a paper-supplying part 16 for placing discontinuous papers 39 and supplying them by one sheet at a time, a printing part 15 for drawing out the paper from the part 16, feeding it to a printing position and printing the address data on the paper by a printing head 22, and a stacker part 17 for feeding and discharging the printed paper by a driving roller 53, a paper-discharging grooved roller 44 or the like and stacking the printed papers. |
