PURPOSE:To mix both powders and obtain an abrasion-resistant blade for a blast injector with excellent toughness by molding and sintering a composite material containing ceramic powder and metal powder. CONSTITUTION:A composite material containing mesh-under ceramic powder (e.g., alumina powder) and 100-mesh-under metal powder is prepared and press- machined to mold a blade with a thickness of 10mm. at the X position. Next, after sintering this blade for one hour at 1,200 deg.C in the vacuum, it is heat-treated for 30min at 1,200 deg.C in the hot water, next it is air-cooled and surface-machined, thus the abrasion-resistant blade 1 for a blast injector with excellent toughness is produced. |
