The fluid reservoir is formed by a bag and the same pressure prevails in the inner space of the envelope as on the outer side of the fluid outlet. The dosing means comprises a spreading member which is movable between a rest position in which it is drawn into the fluid outlet and a working position of exposure out of the fluid outlet.</p>
