PURPOSE:To remarkably shorten mold changing time by automatically conducting the fixing operation of a mold and simultaneously the releasing operation of wiring connectors for supplying current etc. to the mold. CONSTITUTION:A receiving connector member 4 and a supplying connector member 5 are set respectively to a mold 1 and a fixing platen 2. An interval greater than connector releasing stroke delta1 is provided between these members 4 and 5. Additionally, a width alpha1 is provided between the mold 1 and a movable platen 3. In such a state, after the mold 1 is carried between these platens 2, 3, the mold is located to the specified position in the longitudinal, lateral and vertical directions on the platen of the mold. First, the movable platen 3 is moved by alpha1 to join the mold 1 by the tightening bolt 6, further, the movable platen 3 provided with the mold 1 is moved by delta1 and fixed firmly by a tightening bolt 7 to the fixed platen and at the same time the receiving connector member 4 and the supplying connector member 5 are joined. These connector members can be separated by the process opposite to the above. |
