PURPOSE:To obtain a titled bending device which generates no wrinkles, and is capable of securing stable accuracy by providing a forming roller having a flange part on both ends, on a lower die, fitting the forming roller to the side face of an upper die and the edge part of both adjacent side faces, as the upper die descends, and forming a metallic plate along the upper die. CONSTITUTION:An iron plate 20 placed at a prescribed position of a lower die is pushed into the lower die 10 by pressure of an upper die 9 as it descends, and it is bent. In this case, as for its end face part, the iron plate 20 is pressed against to the upper die 9, rotating a forming roll 11 by a descending pressure of the upper die 9. Also, by a flange part 12a of the roll 11, a part protruded from the die 9 of the iron plate 20 is rolled into the side face of the die 9. As a result, the remainder of the iron plate 20 is removed, and no wrinkles are generated. Also, the die 9 is pressed against the roller 11 and rotated by a spring 18 for pushing the roll 11, therefore, working having a good bend and no wrinkles can be executed more effectively. |
