PURPOSE:To prepare an oil-containing resin bearing having improved fractional and abrasion characteristics and excellent dimensional accuracy and stability, by mixing specific amounts of a lubricating oil, a polynorbornene-type synthetic elastomer, and a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective bearing is prepared by mixing (A) 1-40vol% of a lubricating oil such as spindle oil, turbine oil, etc. (B) 0.1-20vol% of a polynorbornene synthetic elastomer, and if necessary, (C) 0.5-40vol% of powder of copper or copper alloy such as bronze, kelmet alloy, etc. and (D) a synthetic resin such as polyacetal, polyamide, etc. The component (B) acts as an absorbent of lubricating oil capable of absorbing 10pts.vol. of lubricating oil per 1pt. vol. of the (B) component. EFFECT:The addition of the component (C) decreases the thermal expansion coefficient and improves the thermal conductivity. |
