PURPOSE:To form continuously and automatically a PC steel wire covering sheath by forming a bent piece part by a forming roller, forming a projecting line by a press forming roller, and also finishing it to a cylinder by a cylinder preliminary forming roller. CONSTITUTION:A rotation of a motor 38 is transmitted to the first intermediate driving shaft 40, and also transmitted to each forming roller 13a, 13b, 14a and 14b of a bent piece forming part 12 through a gear 41 and an intermediate gear 42. Also, it is transmitted to press rollers 18a, 18b, 19a and 19b of a projecting line forming part 17, and both rollers 24a, 24b of the first stage of a cylinder preliminary forming part 22. Moreover, a cylinder finish forming part 23 transmits a rotation of the motor 38 to the second intermediate driving shaft 44 through a chain 39b, and its rotation is transmitted to a vertical shaft 46 through bevel gears 45a, 45b. A rotation of the vertical shaft 46 is transmitted to a shaft of a projecting die part 31a through gears 47, 48a, and also transmitted to the second and the third forming roller shafts through chains 49a, 50a. |
