Indole derivatives, in the form of racemates or optically active isomers, corresponding to the formula: <IMAGE> in which R is a straight or branched (C2-C6)alkyl radical, a (C3-C6)cycloalkyl(C1-C4)alkyl radical or a (C3-C6)alkenyl radical, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Application in therapeutics.
