PURPOSE:To enable to improve the precision of the interval between opposed electrodes and to miniaturize a photoconductive cell by a method wherein a structure of conductive layers is made into an interdigital structure, which is interposed in between thin film ceramic conductive layers. CONSTITUTION:A laminated ceramic is constituted of ceramic insulating layers and palladium conductive layers 2. A terminal electrode 3, which is connected with the conductive layers 2, is formed at one end part of the laminated ceramic. The conductive layers 2 are constituted in an interdigital shape so as to be able to be connected with the terminal electrode 3 and a photoconductive thin film 4 is formed on the side surfaces of the laminated ceramic. Solder- plated copper wires 5 are connected to the terminal electrode 3 and the whole element is coated with an acrylic transparent resin 7. By such a constitution, the precision of the interval between opposed electrodes can be improved, thereby enabling to obtain a miniature photoconductive cell with favorable photoconductive characteristics. |
