PURPOSE:To break plural emulators approximately synchronously by using signals from a clock private cable out of optical fiber cables connecting a main program developing device and plural emulators. CONSTITUTION:A reference host 1 as the main program developing device and emulators 2, 3, and 4 are feedback-connected into a link by optical fiber cables OF1 and OF2 for data bus and clock bus. When a request of data transmission from the host 1 to the emulator 2 occurs, the request of the host 1 is transmitted to emulators 2, 3, and 4. Thereafter, the request is fed back to the side of the host 1 when this request is circulated once on the link, and the request written in the host 1 and the feedback request are compared with each other to confirm the written request. CPUs 21 of emulators 2, 3, and 4 are halted by the clock signal from the clock private cable of the host 1. Thus, emulators are broken approximately synchronously. |
