PURPOSE:To perform dispensing with high accuracy by eliminating the air part at the top end of a dispensing tube by the 1st action via a control device and completing discharging action by the 2nd action. CONSTITUTION:A small amt. of air C is preliminarily sucked via a control device 22 and a driving mechanism 20 into a dispensing tube 12 and thereafter the tube 12 is lowered into a sampling cup 17 and the piston 14a of a dispensing syringe 14 is lowered to suck a required amt. of a sample B into the tube 12. The tube 12 is pulled up and is moved onto a reaction vessel 11. An air part 8 is formed at the top end of the tube 12 in this stage. The piston 14a is raised slightly and is moved until the top end face of the tube 12 is made flush with the top end face of the tube 12 thereby eliminating the air part 8. The piston 14a is then lifted to discharge gradually the sample B in the tube 12 to end the discharge. Since the formation of bubble balloon at the top end of the tube 12 is prevented, the sample is dispensed with high accuracy. |
