PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to obtain a temperature detecting signal having high reliability by comparing detecting temperatures from a single temperature detecting circuit arranged on a temperature detecting point fully with plural set temperatures. CONSTITUTION:The temperature detecting circuit 1 is arranged on the temperature detecting point, e.g. a power supply switching output TR or the like, and used as an integrated circuit element transmitting its environmental temperature T and comparing the base-emitter voltage VIN to be changed in accordance with the temperature at a joint part with a voltage Vref set in accordance with a previously set temperature by an operational amplifier, outputting ''0'' in case of VIN<Vref and outputting ''1'' at the time of VIN>Vref. Since it is unnecessary to consider errors between the circuits as compared to the use of plural temperature detecting circuits, the circuit constitution is simplified and the reliability of the temperature detecting signal can be improved. |
