PURPOSE:To accelerate the acquisition of bursts by finishing the intial acquisition as long as the acquisition is possible even with one of initial acquisition bursts which are transmitted from a ground station every burst and returned by the satellite relay. CONSTITUTION:A standard burst is extracted by a demodulator DEM after the burst ratio waves received from a standard station through an antenna ANT are amplified by a low noise amplifier LN-AMP together with conversion of frequency. A synchronizing pulse showing the rise point of the reference burst is produced at a frame synchronizing part F and an SYNC and applied to a burst position control part BP-CONT. Then an IAB transmission pulse showing the rise point of an initial acquisition burst is produced based on the time difference from the time slot of own station and applied to IAB-DET1-3. These IAB-DET 1-3 produce the initial acquisition bursts, and these bursts undergo frequency conversion through a modulation part MOD. Then the bursts are transmitted to a satellite repeater from the ANT via a large electric power amplifier HP-AMP. |
