PURPOSE:To miniaturize a main body and increase heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein heat exchangers are provided in the main body of the air-conditioning and ventilating fan and an outdoor hood respectively and the heat exchanger in the main body of the air conditioning and ventilating fan is made smaller. CONSTITUTION:An outer casing 1 is provided with an indoor side suction port 2 and an indoor side discharging port 17, both communicating with an indoor, as well as an outdoor side suction port 15 and an outdoor side discharging port 8, both communicating with an outdoor, and the main body 18 is provided with a discharging air flow path A A' and a supplying air flow path B''B''' so that one parts thereof are intersecting and the other parts thereof are defined mutually while the heat exchanger 5a is provided at the place whereat the discharging air flow path and the supplying air flow path are intersected. An outdoor hood discharging air flow path A''A''' and an outdoor hood supplying air flow path BB' are provided in the outdoor hood 9, having an air discharging side opening 11, an air supplying side opening 14 and an outdoor hood discharging port 12 as well as an outdoor hood suction port 13, both communicating with outdoor, so that one parts of both flow paths A''A''', BB' are intersected and the other parts of them are defined mutually while the heat exchanger 5b is provided at a part whereat both air flow paths A''A''', BB' are being intersected. |
