PURPOSE:To enable the perfect burning of an exhaust gas having high temperature and high viscosity by a method wherein plural air blow-off nozzles having water-cooled structure are provided in parallel intersecting at right angles for a gas flowing direction in the vicinity of a gas introducing part of a gas duct, then the exhaust gas and an excess air are stirred effectively. CONSTITUTION:Plural air blow-off nozzles 3, 3' or 3'' having water-cooled structure are provided intersecting at right angles for a gas flowing G in the vicinity of a gas introducing part of an exhaust gas duct 2 of a ladle 1. The air blow-off nozzle 3 in an exhaust gas hood 4 is composed of a triple layer pipes hanging down penetrating through the upper surface wall of the exhaust gas hood 4. An inner pipe 6 and an outer pipe 7 are penetrated through a core pipe 5 through which the air is introduced from the upper end thereof. Many air blow-off ports 8 are provided respectively on left and right sides in a set interval intersecting at right angles for the gas flowing toward the exhaust gas duct 2 from the exhaust gas hood 4. Thereby, the exhaust gas is stirred effectively with the excess air being fed, accordingly, the exhaust gas having high temperature and high viscosity can be burnt perfectly. |
