<p>PURPOSE:To utilize the mixture of dust from steel making electric furnace and high-C secondary ash form iron making blast furnace, as a iron oxide raw material for cement, and in the course of said process, ZnO is recovered simultaneously without using other heat sources so that the industrial waste may be converted into useful resources at low cost. CONSTITUTION:Said dust from electric furnace is subjected to pulverizer to make granules with no dust generated and easy to handle, to which secondary ash generated from iron making blast furnace is mixed to obtain iron oxide raw materials for cement. The cement containing said iron oxide raw material is burned in the furnace for reducing ZnO in iron oxide raw materials or collection dust to Zn, allowing it to evaporate, and oxidizing during passing through from the burning furnace tail to preheater, then collected in a form of ZnO into the collector. Hence, ZnO in cement dust increases contents gradually, said dust on reaching a certain limit is drawn-out and classified for use as a raw material for Zn recovery, and the remaining dust is returned as raw material for cement.</p> |
