PURPOSE:To accelerate the responding speed of an actuator and to improve the accuracy by amplifying the distortion of a laminated layer type piezoelectric ceramic and producing as a large displacement. CONSTITUTION:A driver 7 is composed by containing many laminated layer type piezoelectric ceramics in a laminated state in a cylinder. When the driver 7 is energized, the total sum of the distortions of many piezoelectric ceramics are acted on a plunger 17. Since the driver 7 is obliquely disposed, a component force is generated to lift a slide ring 26, a conical unit 27 and an output shaft 23 by the displacement of the plunger 17. As a result, the driver 7 displaces upwardly the ring 26, the unit 27 and the shaft 23 while rotating to enhance the inclining degree. |
