发明名称 FLUID CATALYTIC CRACKING OF HEAVY OIL AND PREPARATION OF HYDROGEN
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the heat balance and increase yields of hydrogen and light oil, by providing a device to control speed of mixing of catalyst particles and partitioning reaction zone of fluid bed in fluid catalytic cracking of heavy oil by steam-iron process. CONSTITUTION:A device 6 to control speed mixing of catalyst particles cosisting of a perforated plate with a perforation degree of about 10-70%, is provided in the middle of a fluid catalytic cracking tube 1 to partition the cracking tube 1 into an upper heavy oil cracking reaction zone (about 500-560 deg.C and a lower hydrogen generation reaction zone (about 600-800 deg.C). Catalyst particles (FeO) 22 fed through a pipe 7 is made to react with steam 21 supplied through a pipe 2, to cause generation of hydrogen and oxidation of the catalyst. Then catalyst particles (Fe3O4) ascending throgh the control device 6 together with fluidizing gas is brought into contact with heavy oil 23 fed through a nozzle 8, for cracking. Hydrogen, gas produced by cracking and light oils are taken out through a pipe 12 and catalyst particles 24 on which coke has been deposited are discharged through a pipe 9.
