PURPOSE:To simultaneously release a molded part from a mold and charge stock to the mold by a structure wherein a molded part releasing device and a stock charging device are provided near and separate from a pressure molder main body and a mold transferring device is provided between both the releasing device and the charging device. CONSTITUTION:During the retreat movement of a pressurizing member 2 after the pressure molding, a molding tool 4 moves downwards together with the pressurizing member 2. During the downward movement of the molding tool 4, only the top half 4a abuts against an intermediate supporting member 8 and is checked in its downward movement and the top and bottom halves 4a and 4b, which consists of the molding tool 4, are separated from each other. After that, the top and bottom halves 4a and 4b are taken out to one and the other sides of a pressure molder main body 1 by means of a transferring device 7. At this time, a product is adhered to the top half 4a by all means due to the amount of release coating to the molding halves 4a and 4b, shapes of the halves or the like. The product is released from the top half 4a by a releasing device 6 at one side of the pressure molder main body and at the same time stock is charged to the bottom half 4b by a charging device 5 at the other side of the pressure molding main body. Finally, both the top and bottom halves 4a and 4b are returned in the interior of the molder main body 1 in order to perform the following pressure molding by the pressure molder main body 1. |
