PURPOSE:To prevent resin from flowing in the tip part of a contact in order to obtain a sharp line at the end of the contact by a structure wherein a projection with a specific form is provided on a mold on the contact surface side so as to form a gap adjacent to the tip part of the contact surface. CONSTITUTION:The extraction side of a contact 11 is employed as a contact surface 11a. The tip part 11b of the contact has a round shear droop part 11d ranging from the contact surface 11 to the side end surface 11c. A trapezoidal projection 10a for molding arc gap, which fits to the side end surface 11c of the tip part 11b of the contact, is provided on a top half 10 so as to be formed in such a manner as to be spread out like a broaded skirt by rounding the base 10b of the projection 10a with the radius of rounding larger than that of the rounding at the shear droop part 11d. When the mold is registered by abutting said top half 10 against the contact surface 11a, the base 10b of the projection 10a overlaps to the shear droop part 11d at the tip of the contact and at the same time a gap S, which allows the dimensional error between the side surface 10c of the projection and the side end surface 11c of the contact, is generated. When insulating resin is cast in the mold, the resin does not flow in the tip part of the contact surface and the resin flowing in the gap S stops at the lower end of a close contact part. |
