摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the gas barrier property by employing a modified soft resin with a specified rigidity as an adhesive layer between a thermoplastic polyester layer and a saponification layer of a olefin-vinyl acetate copolymer to prevent the generation of any pinhole along with a simplified production process. CONSTITUTION:A laminate G comprising a thermoplastic polyester layer A, an adhesive layer B made of a modified soft resin F with the melting point below 120 deg.C and the rigidity of 4,000kg/cm<2> or less and a saponified matter of an olefin-vinyl copolymer layer C undergoes a biaxially stretched molding. The modified soft resin F is made available subjected to graft modification with insaturated carboxylic acid or the derivative D thereof or this D and stylene based hydrocarbon compound E. For example, a ethylene-propylene copolymer and ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer such as ethylene-1-butene copolymer are used. The blend thereof also may be used. Particularly, the ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer is the most preferable because of limited odor, excellence in the heat resistance and decomposability and being easy to mold.
