PURPOSE:To rigidly contact a shielding cylinder and an inside holding ring by winding a metal mesh on the outer periphery of the cylinder and mounting a plurality of holding rings having the prescribed axial interval at the outside. CONSTITUTION:A metal mesh 4 is wound around the ring, while the prescribed tension is being applied onto an inside holding ring 2. After wound to the prescribed thickness, the outer periphery is secured by a hoop 5. Since a metal mesh 4 is wound on the ring 2 while applying the tension, the contacting force of the mesh with the ring 2 can be gradually increased. Thus, the mesh 4 does not displace with respect to the ring 2 even for the external force generated at the mesh 4 at a defect time. The hoop 5 holds the force acted outside the radial direction. |
