PURPOSE:To operate a main transistor (TR) stable without any malfunction by turning on and off a switch circuit utilizing the base current of the 1st PANTR, and thus turning on and off the 1st NPNTR securely. CONSTITUTION:When a receiving circuit 3 is turned on which the ''on'' signal of a signal generator 2, a forward current flows to the base of a PNPTR2 consequently, the PNPTR2 is turned on to supply a forward current from the high potential side of a DC power source 4 to the base of the main TR4 through a resistance R9, and then the TR4 is turned on to charge a capacitor C1 with the collector current. At the same time, the base current of the PNPTR2 becomes the output current of a PNPTR5 to turn on the switch circuit NPNTR6 through a resistance 10 and also turn on an NPNTR3. Consequently, the TR4 operates stably without any mulfunction. |
