The invention concerns material for an elastomeric sealing gasket for use in aerosol containers which contain products including at least one solvent of the group comprising water, methylene chloride, butane, propane and a propellant constituted at least partially by dimethylether. The material is constituted at least partly by a modified or unmodified butyl rubber vulcanised by an oxidant which is not sulphurised and in the absence of free chlorine. |
