For the manual transport and installation of kerbstones for road construction, a tool is provided, which is characterised in each case by an angle piece which bears against the kerbstone on the front surface and an angle piece which reaches under its underside, and a lever, which crosses the vertical leg of the same and is mounted thereon, with an inner end which rests on the upper side of the kerbstone in the manner of an abutment and an outer end which is designed as a handle.
