PURPOSE:To distribute uniformly positions of a window glass with which detergent liquid collides for removing rapidly wide range stains by providing a forcing means for cyclically varying a force of forcibly sending detergent liquid in a passage through which the detergent liquid is supplied to an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION:When a control switch 10 is depressed after a key switch 11 is turned on, current is supplied from a battery 12 to a motor control circuit 6 and pulse-like battery voltage is applied to a drive motor 5. This motor 5 is cyclically accelerated and decelerated to vary the discharge pressure of a pump 4 connected to said motor. Correspondingly the reaching distance of jet from an injection nozzle 1 is cyclically varied between the minimum length l1 and the maximum length l2 in the vertical direction. Then, since the direction of jet is changed right and left within a predetermined angle Q by the swing of the nozzle 1, the jet is uniformly distributed over the wide extent. Under this condition is operated a wiper 13 so that stains can be rapidly removed from a glass A over the wide range.
