PURPOSE:To accurately and easily determine the attitude and position of elements for inspection by taking one by one the elements from the accommodation body in the supply side accommodating many holding panels holding flat package type circuit elements and allowing the elements to pass through the positioning members and inspection position members which are sequentially becoming smaller in the down-stream direction provided at the carrying apparatus while such elements are stored in the accommodation body in the accommodation side having the same structure. CONSTITUTION:Elements are taken one by one from the accommodating body in the supply side accommodating many holding panels holding flat package type circuit elements and elements are positioned while these are stored in the accommodation body in the accommodation side of the same structure and is also positioned for inspection circuit. For this purpose, the positioning members 80, 90, 110, 120, 130 having the holding holes 192-196 which becomes smaller in the down-stream direction are provided with the same interval between said two accommodation bodies. The inspection positioning member 100 having the similar hole 182 is provided between the members 90 and 110 in order to align the attitude of elements while these are passing these members. |
