PURPOSE:To obtain a superconduction operating circuit with less number of circuits and logical stages and possible for high speed operation by providing one or plural full adder circuits having a carry circuit and an adder circuit. CONSTITUTION:Three signal lines comprising an addition affirmative side input signal line 320, an added affirmative side input signal line 322 and a carry affirmative side input signal line 324 are connected to input lines of an electronic interference circuit 165a in the carry circuit 165a. Three signal lines comprising an addition NOT side input signal line 321, an addend NOT side input signal line 323 and a carry NOT side input signal line 325 are connected to input lines of a quantization interference circuit 165a' in the carry circuit 165a'. The input lines of the circuits 165a, 165a' are connected via a resistor 350 and grounded via the electronic interference circuits 165b, 165b' of adders being in complementary relation. Since an input current is added via the resistor 350 and the added current flows to the input lines of the circuit 165b, 165b' in the structure above, then the number of control lines of the electronic interference circuit can be made less. |
