<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the rubber composition useful for confirmation sign, etc. by using, without crushing, the ferrite recovered at low cost and being mixed with the slurry like recovered ferrite containing water at a specified rate in the manufacture process of the reclaimed rubber of the vulcanized rubber-crushed material composed of industrial waste rubber. CONSTITUTION:First, 154-1,619pts.wt. slurry like recovered ferrite containing water equal to or less than 35-65wt% made of industrial waste and if necessary, a reclaiming agent are mixed to 100pts.wt. vulcanized rubber-crushed material which is obtained by crushing track tyres, bus tyres and tyre tubes. Next, after said mixture has been agitated fully uniformly, it is subjected to reclaiming process, desulfurizing it under heating and pressurizing. Then, after said desulfurized and reclaimed rubber has been uniformized and roll-kneaded, it is applied to a strainer and further it is reeled up. The rubber composite composed of the reclaimed rubber containing reclaimed ferrite with 50-85 dryness percent in recovered ferrite amount and 50-15 percent reclaimed rubber, may be obtained.</p> |
