CONSTITUTION:When an operation command is outputted from a master controller 21 for an operation command, an auxiliary relay PRR22 is excited, and if a trolley wire voltage detection relay LVR2 is excited at this time, the exciting coil 23 of a unit switch LB4 is excited to start charging of a filter condenser 8. When the switch LB4 is closed, an auxiliary relay LBRY41 is energized, and an inverter 3 starts operating. When the rotating speed signals FR of induction motors 9, 10 exceeds the set value set to 1/6 of larger of the resonance frequency of an inverted L type filter, a comparator 51 is operated, the relay HBRY4 is excited to excite the exciting coil 24 of a high speed breaker HB.</p> |
