ANTI-T-2 TOXIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY, AND DETERMINATION OF T-2 TOXIN USING SAME

NEW MATERIAL:The mouse anti-T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody having high specificity to T-2 toxin which is a toxic secondary metabolic product produced by a certain kind of microorganisms belonging to Fusarium genus. USE:A reagent for the accurate determination of T-2 toxins. PREPARATION:T-2 toxin separated and purified from the culture liquid of Fusarium sporotrichioides is bonded with a protein such as bovine serum albumin, and a Balb/C mouse is immunized with the obtained antigen. The spleen cell of the mouse is collected and fused with a tumor cell and the produced hybridoma is monoclonized by critical dilution method, etc. The objective anti- T-2 toxin monoclonal antibody can be produced by culturing the monoclonal hybridoma.
