PURPOSE:To decrease the number of elements of an operating circuit and power consumption by constituting the operating circuit with two transistors (TRs) and a logical circuit and allowing a current of a current source to flow to either the logical circuit or a common emitter of the two TRs. CONSTITUTION:A TRQ31, a voltage source VB and a resistor R33 constitute a constant current source. When a collector current of the TRQ31 flows to the logical circuit L, the circuit L is activated, two current outputs are connected respectively to the collector of TRs Q1, Q2, and carry signals C', C appear respectively to the collector of the TRs Q1, Q2 connected to a voltage source Vcc. On the other hand, when the collector current flows to the common emitter of the TRs Q1, Q2 via a TRQ3, since the collector and base of the TRs Q1, Q2 are connected together, the signals C', C are kept. Through the constitution above, the number of elements of the operation circuit comprising the logical circuit and a latch circuit is decreased. |
