CARBON FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC SLIDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize a light weight slider having high rigidity and sliding performance by making of thermoplastic resin mixed 5-30wt% of carbon micro- fiber or cut fiber having length of 0.01-10mm.. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin mixed with 5-30wt% of carbon microfiber or cut fiber having length of 0.01-10mm. is injection molded into a CFRP slider 1. Then a hole 2 is made at one end while fixing section 3 is provided at the other end. They are molded similarly with the cross-section of sliding pipe rod 4 and supporting shaft 5. Then cutting is made to communicate between the end of slider 1 and the fixing section 3 and the supporting shaft 5 is penetrated through the fixing section 3 thereafter a bolt is inserted through a bolt hole 6 thus to secure the slider 1 to the supporting shaft 5.
