PURPOSE:To attain talking with an automatic callback system with additional dial by calling a called extension at each prescribed time with the dialing of a caller when a called extension does not responds for a prescribed time and calling back the caller automatically when said extension responds. CONSTITUTION:When a caller desiring the automatic callback dials the station subscriber number of the caller itself and a specific number for automatic callback and hooks on, a CPU7 allows an automatic callback storage device to store the extension number of an extension telephone set 2 being the called extension and a station subscriber number of the caller. Then the CPU7 calls back the called extension from the device 9 at each prescribed time. If the called party does not respond for a prescribed time, the called party is called back again after a prescribed time. When the called party responds within the prescribed time, a trunk line trunk 4 and a sender 6 are acquired and the station subscriber number of the caller is read from the device 9 and it is transmitted to the trunk line 5 via the sender 6. When the transmission is finished, the extension telephone set 2 and the trunk 4 are connected by the switch 1 and the caller is called back automatically. |
