<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate adhesion while to enable automation by laminating two structural members through adhesive then bringing a plurality of through-holes made through one member into negative pressure thereby increasing the contacting pressure between both members. CONSTITUTION:Through-holes 7 are made through one 2 of structural members 1, 2 for producing complex member through adhesion. Adhesive 3 is applied on the contacting faces of both members 1, 2 and laminated, then a suction duct 8 is pressed against the non-adhesive face of member 2 having through-hole 7 to increase the contacting pressure between both members 1, 2 through negative pressure from said duct 8 thus to increase the adhesing force and speed. When travelling said duct 8 automatically, automation can be realized.</p> |
