<p>Title cpds. of formula (I) (where R is a substituent, A is H, Cl, Br, CH3 or OCH3, E is H, Cl or Br, D is Cl, Br, CF3 or, when A and L are Cl, CH3, L is H or, when A is Cl and D is CH3, CL, and M is H or lower alkyl; one of A and E being H and the other being other than H) and their salts, which have anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity, are prepd. by reacting a cpd. of formula (II) with a cpd. of formula (III): (where Q and T are reactive groups capable of condensation to give a group -NX-where X is H or a benzyl or acyl substituent which is subsequently replaced by H).</p> |
