PURPOSE:To shorten the time needed for set-up of a bus line by using plural precharging circuits which are controlled by the same clock signal and precharges different areas of the bus line in parallel to each other. CONSTITUTION:A precharging p channel MOSFET31 is inserted to an area between each of different areas of a bus line 11 and a point of application of power supply voltage VC of positive polarity respectively. Then a precharge control signal is supplied in parallel to the gates of those MOSFET31. Then different areas of the line 11 are precharged in parallel by the MOSFET31. |
