PURPOSE:To compensate waveform distortions due to the difference of group delay time by giving a relative delay with time difference of group delay time to a signal waveform of a frequency 1f compared with a signal waveform of a frequency 2f. CONSTITUTION:A CMT-C12 receives a data writing command from an H-CPU and sends a rectangular wave signal of 300Hz to a sound recording circuit 16 and at the same time sends rectangular wave signals having a cycle of 4,800Hz and two cycles of 9,600Hz to a sound recording circuit 14 according to the bit contents (1, 0) of the write data in order to write data to a data track in a prescribed format. A record waveform of data bit ''1'' is produced and delivered with a delay of 5mus equivalent to the difference of group delay time compared with a record waveform of data bit ''0''. Thus the rectangular record waveforms showing ''0'' and ''1'' which are produced by the CMT-C12 are converted into analog forms by the circuit 14 and recorded to the data track of the CMT after amplification. |
