PURPOSE:To increase the density of printing at a low temperature, and to prevent the peeling of an ink layer by forming the ink layer, which contains calcium carbonate of 3-7mu mean grain size and 12-20g/100g oil absorption and surface smoothness thereof extends over 200-600sec. CONSTITUTION:A liquid in which a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a linear polyester resin, etc. are dissolved in a solvent is applied on a film base material such as a plastic film in 4-20mu thickness as required, and an adhesive layer in 0.5-3mum thickness after drying is formed. An applying liquid in which calcium carbonate of 3-7mum mean grain size and 12-20g/100g oil absorption is added to a material mainly comprising a resin, oil incompatible to the resin and a colorant is applied on the adhesive layer, an ink layer having 200-600sec surface smoothness is formed, and a pressure-sensitive transfer material is acquired. The vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. are used as the resin for the ink layer and rape oil, etc. as oil. |
