PURPOSE:To prevent other operations from setting a time by mistake or intentionally by allowing only a right operator to hold a time-setting permitting magnetic card. CONSTITUTION:When a magnetic card 1 for individual identification is inputted to a magnetic card reading part 3 firstly, its information is inputted to a control circuit 7, which also inputs time information from a clock circuit 6, so those two pieces of information are sent out of the control circuit 7 to a telephone line 9 through an information transmitting circuit 8 to reach the center device of a time control system. Then when the time of the clock circuit 6 is set or corrected, the time-setting permitting magnetic card 2 that only the right operator holds is inputted to the magnetic card reading part 3 and a code judging circuit 4 judges whether the code read out of the magnetic card 2 coincides with a preset code or not to input the judgement result to the timer circuit 6, so that the operation of a time setting part 5 is made effective or ineffective according to the result. |
