<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the load upon a motor which is driving for rotation, by placing an idle pulley on a rotary plate, supporting the rotary plate on a driving shaft, and providing a brake member on the rotary plate. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 9, on which an idle pulley 11 is rotatably disposed, is rotatably supported on a driving shaft 7. A brake member 16, a portion of which is secured and the free end of the other portion of which is always in pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the drive shaft 7 and which is made of an elastic material, is provided on the rotary plate 9 so that the power loss of the driving shaft 7 due to the action of the brake member 16 is minimized when the idle pulley 11 is in driving contact with any reel rest. As a result, the torque of a motor 6 driving the reel rest has only a small loss caused by the contact of a motor pulley 8 with the brake member 16 made of the elastic material, so that the load upon the motor in driving for rotation can be reduced.</p> |
