发明名称 TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER OF GAS WATER HEATER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a temperature of supply hot water to follow rapidly at the time of changeover of a set temperature, by so constituting the titled controller that an integrating action is prohibited automatically at the time when a control output is arrived at the maximum value. CONSTITUTION:Temperature control is done by a method what is called a PID operating method, a deflection (c) between a set temperature (b) set by a temperature setting device 19 and a temperature (a) of supply hot water detected by a temperature detector 10 of the supply hot water is obtained based on these temperatures, and the quantity (d) of control output is obtained by making PID operating of the deflection. This operating function interrupts integrating action in the direction increasing fuel gas at the time of supply of the maximum fuel gas and interrupts the integrating action in the direction decreasing the fuel gas at the time of supply of the minimum fuel gas. In other words, as the quantity of output arrives at a maximum at a time t1 and the integrating action is suspended, the quantity of output is kept at its value, a set value, a set value is changed over downward at a time t2 afterward and the quantity of the output is started to decrease immediately. With this construction, as it becomes that the temperature of the supply hot water is dropped by responding rapidly to changeover of setting along with the same as shown by a full line, responding speed is improved.
